It’s been a while since I posted here. I am gonna get it going, but first we new to help out a friend in dire need. This fella here is named Billy nottke. He used to play bass in underoath back in the day.
I believe it is our God given duty to help each other out.

Please read below: To anyone that knows my father they’d know that he has always been the first one that would lend a hand and be there for anything someone needed help with. He is an amazing father and an even more amazing grandfather of 4 (soon to be 5) granddaughters. He is currently in the hospital in Ocala at ORMC. He just today was released from the icu after 5 days of being there and placed in a normal room where he was allowed to visit his family in its entirety for the first time in a week. He entered the ER over a month ago because he had horrible stomach pains and vomiting (my mother in 41 years of marriage had only seen my dad vomit once before all of this). They ran tests on him and found that his colon had a severe infection which had caused it to burst. The infected fluid reached his appendix and caused his appendix to become infected and was hours away from rupturing. They rushed him into emergency surgery and removed both the infected portion of colon and his appendix. This left my dad with a colostomy bag for the next 8 months. He spent about 2 to 3 weeks in the hospital while they monitored his transition with the bag. He had to learn to eat again from full liquid and eventually a regular diet. After several days of a regular diet they released him to go home with my mom. After being home they started to become worried because since his surgeries his voice had never recovered. After being home for about a week he became very ill again. My mom forced him back to the ER and found that he had an abcess on his intestine and that he had pneumonia. When treating him for this they were observing him and pumping him full of iv antibiotics, on saturday morning my dad had a heart attack. It was caused by a blood clot that reached his heart. This started a quick revolving door of surgeries. He had a scan done that showed he has a blood clot that is 2 inches x 1.5 inches inside his lungs and several clots in his legs. He had to have surgeries that placed a filter inside his groin so that no clots would be able to make it to his heart, they then went into his heart through the same incision and found that he had a lot of scar tissue and damage from previous heart attacks that he had never told anyone about. They found a blockage in his heart and placed a balloon stint inside him and expanded it. This was textbook and was very easy for him to recover from. Yesterday he had to recieve two units of blood and several treatments for his kidneys. They were not functioning well due to all the medications. He is doing better very slowly, but the dr’s feel he is not out of the woods yet. They would like to keep him and monitor him for longer but due to health insurance reasons he will not have this chance because of money. My mom and dad have spent every penny of their savings and sold off everything possible to pay a very small portion of the bills coming in. With my father coming home they are also not going to be in any position to pay for all his much needed medicines and return trips for care. They are already at risk of losing most everything they have because of money issues caused by these horrible illness’s. I am asking for help in order to pay the hospital and medical bills that have already accrued so that he will be able to not only stay in the hospital for the time needed but be able to purchase all the needed prescriptions and supplies once he is released without having to stress and worry.
